FIELD: solar energy.

SUBSTANCE: multi-junction solar cell contains: substrate for growing; the first solar sub-cell formed over or in substrate for growing; changing intermediate layer deposited on the first solar sub-cell; and a set of layers of semiconductor material deposited over changing intermediate layer containing a set of solar sub-cells, including the second solar sub-cell located over and mismatched according to a lattice parameter relatively to substrate for growing and having width of forbidden zone in the range of 0.9-1.8 eV and at least upper solar sub-cell located over the second sub-cell and having aluminum content of more than 30% of mole fraction and width of forbidden zone in the range of 2.0-2.20 eV.

EFFECT: invention provides for increased efficiency of photo conversion during operational service life of photoelectric power supply system and maximization of solar cell performance in working conditions.
