SUBSTANCE: brewing module for preparing a brewed drink from a portion capsule has, in addition to case (2), first part (3) of the brewing module and second part (4) of the brewing module made with the possibility of moving relatively to the case between the first position of parts of the brewing module and the second position of parts of the brewing module, wherein in the second position of parts of the brewing module, a brewing chamber is formed. In addition, there is a control element made with the possibility of manually transferring from the first to the second position of a control element, from which, by means of a transfer mechanism, the movement is transmitted to the movement of second part (4) of the brewing module. The transfer mechanism has cam disk (30) with the first guide surface mounted on the case with the possibility of rotation, wherein the second part of the brewing module is made with the possibility of shifting from the first position of parts of the brewing module to the second position of parts of the brewing module by means of the first guide surface along a displacement segment fixed relatively to the case by rotating the cam disk by means of the control element. In this case, first guide surface (34) determines a gear ratio, which is variable along this guide surface.
