FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy, to the field of steam power plants, namely to thermal power plants (TPP) with steam turbines and systems for ensuring reliability, efficiency, safe operation and restoration of the TPP. The effect is achieved due to the fact that a thermal steam turbine power plant with a steam generating unit, containing a steam generating unit, to which the outlet of a hydrogen unit for hydrolysis of a solid reagent-aluminum in a reaction vessel is connected through appropriate valves, the outlet of the electrochemical plant on fuel cells, the outlet of the electrolysis plant and the outlet of the oxygen plant, additionally equipped with a reserve fuel supply line with a valve connected to the steam generating unit, as well as hydrogen concentration sensors made with the possibility of connecting their inputs to the outlet of the hydrogen unit for hydrolysis of solid reagent aluminum in the reaction vessel, the outlet of the fuel cell electrochemical plant, the outlet of the electrolysis plant, and to the section of the main hydrogen supply line at the input of the steam generating unit, respectively, while the outputs of the hydrogen concentration sensors are connected to a comparison unit connected to a control unit configured to connect to all valves.
EFFECT: ensuring operational reliability, efficiency and safety of TPP.
