FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transport and can be used for shutting off pipelines for technological purposes (assembly, repair, testing, etc.). Device for shutting off pipeline comprises fixed and movable flanges 1, 2 with bosses, gland seal 3 fixed on outer side of movable flange, branch pipe 4 for packing gland, rotary bracket 5, equipped with inserts in form of blind 6 and annular 7 discs for shutting and passing flow of transported medium. Said flanges are provided with O-rings 8 for mating with inserts. In the bosses of the flanges parallel to the pipeline three mounting pins are installed. Mounting pin 9 is fixed in the boss on the cylindrical surface with the possibility of rotation relative to its axis, mounting pin 10 is fixed in the boss with possibility of rotation in the plane of the pipeline radial section, mounting pin 11 is fixed in the boss by means of spherical bearing 12, opposite sides of mounting pins are inserted into threaded joints with nuts 13, which are also fixed in bosses by means of spherical bearings 12. Rotary bracket 5 is installed on mounting pin 9 by means of bush nut 14. Threaded connection "bush nut – mounting stud" is made with pitch smaller than pitch of threaded joints of mounting pins 9, 10, 11 with nuts 13. In working condition, flanges and inserts are tightened via sealing rings 8 by studs 15 and nuts 16. Said packing is tightened by bolts 17. O-rings 8 are made in the form of a thin flat steel ring of the base coated with sealing graphite material. O-rings are fixed in flanges by permanent magnets 18 installed along sealing ring seat surface. Load-lifting mechanism of inserts replacement includes post 19, fixed on rack unit 20 and passing through unit chain 21 with rigging bracket 22. Post 19 is fixed on fixed flange 1 so that unit is located above insertion, which is outside flange connection with possibility of fixing rigging bracket in eye-bolt 23, installed on insert. Rotary bracket 5 is made with a connector along axis of mounting hole and consists of two parts, which are tightened between each other by pins 24 and nuts 25. Insert 6 is equipped with valve 26 for control of presence of medium and reduction of pressure in the pipeline. Insert 6 located outside the flange connection is equipped with casing 27 for protection against atmospheric action. On branch pipe 4 there are thrust bushings 28 with threaded hole for squeezing bolts 29, which in working condition are locked by nuts 30.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of operational properties of pipeline shutoff device.
