FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to intermetallic alloys based on NiAl, which have high strength, heat and corrosion resistance, low specific gravity, and can be used as structural materials for energy, aviation and automotive industries. A method for obtaining a complex-doped material based on nickel aluminides (AlNi+Al2Ni3), including the preparation of an exothermic charge by mixing aluminum (Al) powders, nickel oxide (NiO), tungsten oxide (WO3) and a ballast additive in the form of calcium fluoride (CaF2) and initiating a metallothermic reaction in the exothermic charge. When preparing an exothermic mixture, boron carbide (B4C) is additionally introduced into it, the ratio of components in the exothermic mixture is provided NiO:WO3:B4C:Al:CaF2 = 1:1:0,25:1,1:0,5, the metallothermic reaction in an exothermic charge is carried out without external heating in the open air to obtain a material based on nickel aluminides (AlNi+Al2Ni3) containing the strengthening phases of tungsten carbide (WC) and tungsten boride (W2B5).
EFFECT: increased content of the main target material, its purity and usable yield, reduced number of technological cycles.
