FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and can be used for the prevention and treatment of liquorrhea in the presence of a liquor fistula of the slope area. Plastic surgery and sealing of the liquor fistula in the area of the skull slope are performed by means of an autograft and micro-sutures. At the same time, a biocompatible material is used as an autograft, which is installed in the area of the external opening of the liquor fistula. The autograft is fixed with two loops of a micro-suture applied to the soft tissues of the edges of the liquor fistula. The size of the autograft used is at least 2 times larger than the diameter of the external opening of the liquor fistula.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to seal the liquor fistula in the area of the slope, the dimensions of which do not exceed 5 mm, to reduce the operation time without reducing the reliability of the fistula plasty.
