The downhole heater contains outer and inner pipes coaxially located relative to each other. The outer wall of the inner tube and the inner wall of the outer tube are located with an annular gap in which at least one fuel element is located. In this case, the space between these walls is filled with lead and closed from the sides with plugs, and the fuel element is made or contains radioactive material based on cobalt or europium isotopes as an energy source.
