FIELD: tire production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for studding pneumatic tires. Pneumatic tire (900) has protector (930), designed, during the operation of pneumatic tire (900), to rotate around the axis of rotation and create contact with the surface during rolling. Pneumatic tire (900) contains first spike (801), which goes in longitudinal direction (Szn1) of first spike (801) and contains an insert protruding from protector (930) in longitudinal direction (Szn1) so that longitudinal direction (Szn1) of first spike (801) forms first angle (γ') with first plane (P410), determined by the location of first spike (801) and the axis of rotation of pneumatic tire (900). In addition, longitudinal direction (Szn1) of first spike (801) forms the second angle with the second plane determined by the location of first spike (801) and normal (N) to protector (930) and circumferential direction (SC) of tire (900) at the location of first spike (801). Device (100) for inserting anti-skid spikes into sockets under protector spike (930) of pneumatic tire (900) for manufacturing studded tire is also proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides an optimal studding for optimal traction.
