SUBSTANCE: device (100) comprises tire holder (210) for holding pneumatic tire (900) and studding tool (300). Stud tool (300) comprises primary stud head (400) and secondary stud head (500), wherein each of the tenon heads has output end (410, 510) for pushing tenon (911, 912) from tenon head (400, 500) into one of tenon seats (920) in a certain direction (D410, D510), channel (420, 520) for guiding stud (911, 912), ending with outlet end (410, 420), and pusher (430, 530), capable of moving in said channel (420, 520) for pushing stud (911, 912) from channel (420, 520). Device comprises first actuator (130) configured to move stud tool (300) and/or tire holder (210) relative to each other, at least in direction, which has non-zero projection on axial direction (AX).
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device for inserting studs of different types and/or in different orientations (O1, O2) into the splint.
