FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of vehicle tire manufacturing. Method comprises following steps: mounting tool (300) is used to insert anti-skid stud (100) into pre-formed seat (210) in tire surface (200), wherein anti-skid stud (100) is placed in said seat (210) in desired position and orientation relative to tire (200). Adhesive (130) is provided between anti-skid stud (100) and tire (200) to improve adhesion between anti-skid stud (100) and tire. Said adhesive (130) is activated by heating anti-skid stud (100) using induction heating device (330, 350). Method comprises heating of anti-skid stud (100) by induction heating device (330, 350) located in tool (300) for installation of anti-skid studs, before antiskid stud (100) is inserted into said seat (210) by said mounting tool (300).
EFFECT: technical result is increased adhesion between anti-skid stud and tire material.
