FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a method for obtaining an ex vivo or in vitro reproduced δ1 γδ T-cell population or δ2 γδ T-cell population, where the specified method includes providing a complex sample containing γδ T cells; reproducing δ1 or δ2 γδ T cells by cultivating sample cells at least one antibody that selectively reproduce δ1 or δ2 γδ T cells, where the specified at least one antibody that selectively reproduce δ1 or δ2 γδ T cells, is selected, respectively, from i) antibodies that bind to the amino-acid sequence in the variable region of δ1 TCR, with selective reproduction of δ1 γδ T cells and obtaining the reproduced δ1 γδ T-cell population; or ii) antibodies that bind to the amino acid sequence in the variable region of δ 2 TCR, with selective reproduction of δ2 γδ T cells and obtaining the reproduced δ2 γδ T cell population. The group of inventions also concerns a reproduced population of δ1 γδ T cells or a reproduced population of δ2 γδ T cells obtained by the specified method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an improved method for obtaining a population of γδ T-cells.
