FIELD: cell biology; immunology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to cell biology and immunology, in particular to a method for reproduction of non-hematopoietic tissue-resident γδ T-cells in vitro. For implementation of the method, lymphocytes are cultivated, obtained from non-hematopoietic tissue of a human or an animal other than human, in the presence of IL-15 or IL-15 and IL-2. In this case, lymphocytes are not in a direct contact with stromal or epithelial cells during the cultivation process. At the same time, lymphocytes are cultivated in the absence of an exogenously added agonist of a T-cell receptor path.
EFFECT: present invention allows for an increase in the efficiency of a method for reproduction of γδ T-cells being in non-hematopoietic tissue.
