SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technology and can be used in wireless communication systems. To increase the speed of report delivery, the method includes the steps in which the operators receive the downlink control information (DCI), which initiates the presentation of the CSI report; receive the CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) to present the CSI report; and transmit the CSI to the base station, which is determined based on the CSI-RS that is received. The minimum required time for CSI report submission is configured based on (i) the first minimum required time from the last CSI-RS time point to the time of transmission of the CSI report submission and (ii) the second minimum required time between the DCI initiating the CSI-RS and receiving the CSI-RS.

EFFECT: increased speed of report delivery.
