SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, namely to a method for mediated determination of the infectious titer of the rabies virus in non-inactivated raw materials for rabies vaccines in transcriptional amplification and detection of reaction products using the beacon technology and the developed logarithmic function of the dependence of the value of the threshold cycle of transcriptional amplification of RNA and the infectious titer of the rabies virus. The value of the infectivity titer of the rabies virus is determined while conducting denaturation and the reaction of transcriptional amplification of viral RNA using original specific oligonucleotides by the value of the threshold cycle of amplification of RNA.
EFFECT: developed method for determining the infectious titer of the rabies virus using the beacon technology.
