SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and the production of rabies vaccines, namely, to a method for indirectly determining the concentration of the immunogenic RNP complex of rabies virus in raw materials for rabies vaccines by amplification and hybridization-fluorescent detection of DNA amplicons using original specific oligonucleotides and the developed linear function of the dependence of the threshold amplification cycle and the concentration of RNP complex.
EFFECT: proposed invention makes it possible to quickly and with a high degree of reliability determine the concentrations of the RNP complex of the rabies virus in raw materials for anti-rabies vaccines.
