FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceutics, more specifically to the use of a compound represented by the general formula (I), in which A is phenyl ring, thiophene ring or isothiazole ring; R1 are the same or different, and are a halogen atom or C1-C3 alkyl group; R2 is a hydrogen atom or C1-C6 alkyl group; p is an integer from 0 to 5; V is CR3, in which R3 is a hydrogen atom, an amino group, a nitro group, or C1-C3 alkoxy group, or V is a nitrogen atom; X is an atom of halogen or its pharmacologically acceptable salt for the treatment or prevention of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) caused by a receptor of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). A method for the treatment or prevention of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) caused by the receptor of lysophosphatidic acid is also described, including the injection of the compound represented by the general formula (I).
EFFECT: technical result is providing the use of α-halogen-substituted thiophene with strong antagonistic activity relatively to the receptor to LPA for the treatment or prevention of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
