FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to an electronic multiplier with a structure made with the possibility to suppress and stabilize changes in the resistance value over a wider temperature range. A resistance layer is performed in the electronic multiplier laid between substrate and the secondary electron emission layer. The layer is made of insulating material, including a metal layer, in which a set of metal particles has a resistance value that has a positive temperature characteristic, while the layer is located adjacent to another, with a part of the first insulating material placed between them on the surface of the layer formation, which coincides or is essentially parallel to the surface of the channel formation at substrate, wherein the metal layer has a thickness set at 5-40 angstroms.
EFFECT: technical result is suppression and stabilization of changes in resistance values over a wider temperature range.
