FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to an electronic multiplier with a structure made with the possibility to suppress and stabilize changes in a resistance value over a wider temperature range. In an electronic multiplier, a resistance layer laid between substrate and the secondary electron emission layer made of insulating material is configured using a single metal layer in which a set of metal particles made of metal material, the resistance value of which has a positive temperature characteristic, is located two-dimensionally adjacent to each other with a part of the first insulating material placed between them on the surface of the layer formation, which coincides with or is essentially parallel to the channel formation surface.
EFFECT: technical result is suppression and stabilization of changes in the resistance value over a wider temperature range.
