FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to an electronic multiplier with a structure made with the possibility to suppress and stabilize changes in a resistance value over a wider temperature range. The electronic multiplier includes a resistance layer laid between substrate and the secondary electron emission layer and made using a Pt layer formed two-dimensionally on a layer formation surface that coincides with or is essentially parallel to a channel formation surface at substrate. The resistance layer has a temperature characteristic within the range in which the resistance value at -60°C is a multiple of 10 or less, and the resistance value at +60°C is a multiple of 0.25 or more relatively to the resistance value at 20°C.

EFFECT: stabilization of bandpass current in a wide range of operating temperature is the technical result of the invention.
