SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical liposomal composition containing 2-{[5-{3-chloro-2-methyl-4-[2-(4-methylpiperazine-1-yl)ethoxy]phenyl}-6-(4-fluorophenyl)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl]oxy}-3-(2-{[2-(2-methoxyphenyl)pyrimidin-4-yl]methoxy}phenyl)propanoic acid (Compound A) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. More specifically, the invention relates to a liposomal carrier, a composition of organic concentrate containing the Compound A, and a pharmaceutical composition for parenteral administration containing liposomes and the Compound A. Besides, the invention relates to the use of such compositions for the treatment of malignant neoplasm.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining liposomal drug for the treatment of malignant neoplasms.
