FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wheel devices. A wheel consists of a disk, a tire tube and a tire connected to each other. The disk is made of monolithic and cast plastic. The disk consists of a rim, spokes, between which technological holes are made evenly along the circumference, an axe with a hole and stiffeners. The tire tube is made of plastic, fixed to the disk by means of its girth. From above, the tube is covered with a tire made of polyurethane foam, which fills the voids between the tire tube and the disk. The tire is made with curly treads. The method for manufacturing the wheel is characterized by the fact that the disk and the tube and the pseudo-tube are cast on high-pressure injection molding machines from high-yield polypropylene with the addition of an additive at a temperature of 210-220°C under a pressure of 120-150 atm. The production time is 20 seconds. The pseudo-tube consists of four parts and it is assembled on the disk. After that, the disk with the tire tube is placed in a mold for filling the tire with polyurethane. The filling is carried out at a temperature of 40-50°C. The tread pattern is obtained by rotating conveyor-type filling molds.
EFFECT: increased strength is achieved.
