FIELD: petrochemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petrochemical industry. The invention relates to a method for processing and disposing of pyrolysis resin to obtain organic solvents, in which the pyrolysis resin is heated by recuperating the heat of the stillage residue, fed to the separation stage at atmospheric pressure with the release of a light fraction with boiling points of 40-125°C, an insoluble polymer and an average hydrocarbon fraction, which is sent to the vacuum distillation separation stage at a pressure of 25±10 mm Hg with the release of a residual fraction with boiling point limits of 125-240°C at atmospheric pressure and stillage residue. At the mixing stage, the stillage residue is compounded with an insoluble polymer and an oil-polymer mastic is obtained, and fractions with boiling point limits of 40-125°C and 125-240°C are compounded and used as complex organic solvents and/or diluents.
EFFECT: increase in the yield of commercial organic solvents and diluents from pyrolysis products and waste products of synthetic rubbers, other organic substances, as well as a reduction in energy consumption by recuperating the heat of hydrocarbon flows during rectification.
