FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil refining industry, in particular to methods for the synthesis of technical anionic surfactants for needs of the oil industry. A method for the production of anionic surfactants is carried out by liquid-phase sulfonation of hydrocarbon raw materials with subsequent neutralization of the resulting product, where the sulfonation process takes place in the presence of paraform with the formation of technical anionic surfactants of dimeric structure, where raw material is phenolic resin – waste from the production of phenol and acetone by the cumulus method, while iron (III) compounds are used as a catalyst.
EFFECT: reduction in costs in the production of technical anionic surfactants for needs of the oil industry due to the use of waste raw materials, due to the fact that raw material is phenolic resin – waste of the production of phenol and acetone by the cumulus method, while iron (III) compounds are used as a catalyst.
