SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular, to medical genetics, and can be used for development of population-oriented genetic test systems. The set of genetic markers comprises synthetic oligonucleotide primers constituting nucleotide sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-135 and defining 45 single nucleotide polymorphisms, consisting of three groups of markers capable of multiplexing within the group, including 12 (rs3733018, rs12489120, rs56916178, rs78486797, rs12686810, rs113968629, rs8113032, rs1671169, rs56153523, rs8109071, rs79116633, rs7245838 (SEQ ID NO: 1-36)), 4 (rs11130215, rs735111, rs2231656, rs10757027 (SEQ ID NO: 37-48)) and 29 (rs10423795, rs10496196, rs10753141, rs10985257, rs11545664, rs12083094, rs12609771, rs12678229, rs12691, rs1523469, rs1654439, rs1671215, rs2227262, rs2493911, rs2532058, rs2977559, rs34845949, rs36011588, rs3771787, rs3774298, rs3802252, rs3821817, rs56051972, rs66707428, rs6779816, rs72959687, rs75777727, rs7635972, rs9370165 (SEQ ID NO: 49-135)) single nucleotide polymorphic markers.
EFFECT: set provides a possibility of creating test systems accounting for the genetic features of different populations, intended for predicting the risk of development of preeclampsia during periconceptional preparation.
