FIELD: product combined processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for combined processing of a high-speed steel product. The method includes heating the product to a temperature of 950°С, subsequent quenching, cold treatment at a temperature of -70-80°С and subsequent ion nitriding, characterized in that the ion nitriding is carried out with an exposure of 5-6 hours at a temperature of 400-600°С.
EFFECT: decrease in the content of retained austenite, which provides an increase in the strength characteristics and tribological properties of products made of high-speed steels.
