FIELD: combined processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the combined processing of a high-speed steel product. The method includes creating an ultrafine structure by cold upsetting, quenching at a temperature of 900-1100°С, ion nitriding of a steel product, while after quenching, cryogenic treatment is carried out at -70°С, followed by ion-plasma nitriding at a temperature of 480-500°С.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of processing a product made of high-speed tool steel by reducing the time for heat treatment, as well as reducing the warpage of steel.
