SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises dipping the part in electrolyte to produce vapor-gas envelopment around said part and fire the discharge between processed part and electrolyte by feeding potential of 320 V to 340 V to said part. Note here that 2-7%-water solution of NH4F and KF is used as electrolyte with NH4F content making 16-26 wt % and that of KF making the rest.
EFFECT: decreased surface roughness and labor input.
