FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: robot control system comprises a storage area, a lifting machine, a control device and at least one self-propelled robot. The storage area contains an attic, characterized by the presence of at least two tiers and adapted for storing a container, and on the floor of each of the at least two tiers of the attic there is a passage for moving the self-propelled robot. The lifting machine is configured to transport the self-propelled robot or container to the target tier corresponding to the transportation task. The control device is configured to assign a transportation task to the self-propelled robot and plan a movement route on the target tier for the self-propelled robot in accordance with the transportation task and issue a command to the self-propelled robot to move according to the movement route to perform the transportation task. A control method and a computing device are proposed.
EFFECT: reducing the complexity of cargo transportation and improving the conditions for system maintenance.
