DEVICE FOR PROCESSING THE LIQUID TO BE ANALYZED Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G01N1/10

Abstract RU 2757775 C2

FIELD: analytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: liquid analysis device containing a device for processing the liquid to be analyzed is proposed, in particular, suitable for connecting to an analyzer the content of at least one contaminant in a cryogenic liquid, containing a cylindrical chamber (E) having a reservoir, an annular chamber (V) located around the cylindrical chamber. There are means (1, 3, 5) for dividing the cryogenic liquid flow into two parts, a means for sending the first part (3) of the cryogenic liquid into a cylindrical chamber, a means for sending the second part (5) of the cryogenic liquid into an annular chamber, an analysis line (13, 15) connected to a cylindrical chamber to provide passage of the vaporized liquid and suitable for connection to the analyzer, a line (6) connected to the annular chamber to provide passage of the vaporized liquid, and a means (V1) for stopping the sending of cryogenic liquid into a cylindrical chamber. There is also an analyzer for measuring the pollutant content in the evaporated liquid coming out of the cylindrical chamber, and the analysis line (13, 15) is directly connected to the analyzer without passing through the second evaporation chamber, and the device for processing the liquid to be analyzed contains a heater (H) for heating the tank of the cylindrical chamber.

EFFECT: obtaining a known amount of concentrated liquid by controlled partial evaporation in order to enable its analysis.
