The module contains two elements AND, two elements OR and five majority elements, and the third, first inputs and output of the fifth majority element are connected respectively to the output of the fourth majority element, the first input and output of the majority module, the sixth and seventh inputs of which are connected respectively to the second and third inputs of the second majority element, while the i-th input of the j-th and the second input of the fifth majority elements are connected respectively to the i-th inputs of the j-th elements AND, OR and the output of the third majority element, the first, third and second inputs of the (j+2)-th majority element are connected respectively to the outputs of the j-th elements AND, OR and the output of the (3-j)-th majority element, and the i-th input of the first element AND and the first input of the second majority element are connected respectively to the (i+1)-th and fifth inputs of the majority module.
