SUBSTANCE: metal shell is made of steel. A core is made of charge containing components in the following ratio, wt %: graphite 28.0-30.0, zirconium dioxide 9.6-12.5, silicon dioxide 9.00-12.25, aluminium oxide 0.16-0.25; calcium tungstate 35.2-39.0, lime is the rest.
EFFECT: production of fused layer providing durable operation of parts in friction pairs under conditions of contact dynamic load.
