SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of controlled directional drilling of wells. System for controlled directional drilling includes a housing, shaft arranged in housing, drill bit connected with shaft and provided with possibility of rotation thereof, wherein said drill bit has axis, a bit deflecting unit installed in housing and including a mechanism which deflects axis of bit, comprising a cylinder, which is inclined relative to axis of drilling bit and is configured to turn and to apply deflecting force to shaft with provision of deviation of shaft, without counteracting at section between deflecting mechanism and drilling bit.

EFFECT: higher rate of deviation.
