FIELD: antennas.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment, namely to antenna measurements conducted in the near field. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the antenna sensor for near-field measurements consists of a segment of a rectangular waveguide segment, one end whereof is made open, and a flange is attached to the other end, forming the antenna input, a screen, in the form of a ring with a diameter D<2λ, wherein λ is the wavelength, and a plate made of a material with a negative magnetic permeability, installed perpendicular to the open end of the waveguide. The developed antenna for near-field measurements provides a possibility to increase the uniformity of the directivity pattern in the sector of angles corresponding to the area of measurement by standard antenna measurement equipment.
EFFECT: proposed invention is aimed at increasing the uniformity of the directivity pattern of the antenna sensor in the sector of angles corresponding to the area of measurement by standard measuring equipment.
