DEVICE FOR AUTOMATED DRYING OF BULK SUBSTANCES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F26B17/10 F26B7/00

Abstract RU 2758021 C1

FIELD: drying equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drying equipment and is intended for drying an agent, for example, grain, malt and other bulk substances. The device contains a cylindrical chamber consisting of two parts. The first part of the cylindrical chamber consists of a housing, a hopper, an ionizer and an electromagnet, while the inputs of the ionizer and the electromagnet are connected to the outputs of the first and second electronic control units, respectively. The second part of the cylindrical chamber consists of coaxially arranged inner and outer shells connected to each other by perforated partitions, and the inner shell is made of a porous powder material with a capillary effect. An annular ultrasonic emitter is rigidly connected to the end of the inner shell from the exit side of the cylindrical chamber, the input of which is connected to the third output of the electronic control unit, a console is connected to the outer shell, to which a cut-off with perforated holes is attached by means of a hinge joint at a certain angle to the plane perpendicular to the axis of the chamber. The cut-off is tightly pressed to the exit from the chamber by a flat spring rigidly connected to the console, and a humidity sensor is also installed on the cut-off from the chamber side, the output of which is connected to the input of the electronic control unit. The cut-off device is pivotally connected with one end to the console, with the free end of which the solenoid is pivotally connected, the movable core of which is also pivotally connected to the free end of the cut-off device, and the input of the solenoid is connected to the fourth output of the electronic control unit.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of the dehumidification process and its acceleration, an increase in the service life.
