FIELD: filters.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the technology of purification of natural and waste water. The filtering module consists of two parts, inner and outer, mated in part of the upper and lower end disks. The inner part is made in the form of vertical plates arranged radially relative to the longitudinal axis of the module and fastened by two end disks with lateral external zigzag grooves, wherein the lower disk is made smaller in size than the upper disk due to the narrowing of the general contour of the inner part downwards. The outer part is made in the form of vertical plates arranged radially relative to the longitudinal axis of the module, the inner edges form a common contour narrowing downward, the vertical plates are fastened by two end disks with lateral internal zigzag grooves. The elements of the outer part and the inner part are made integral. The shape of the zigzag grooves ensures alignment of the disks during assembly. The filtering surface in the form of a sieve fabric is placed between the outer and inner parts in shape of a zigzag consecutively between the adjacent edges of the outer and inner parts. The cartridge filter comprises a cylindrical body and a vertical filtering element in the form of a filtering module installed in the body and closed with a plug in the lower part, and in the upper part thereof the body is hermetically sealed with a head, divided into an input channel for supplying water into the cavity of the body and an output channel for discharging the purified water, communicating with the output channel of the module. The multi-section cartridge filter comprises a cylindrical body, filtering elements made in the form of one or more vertical columns formed by installing filtering modules, separated by sealing rings and communicating by the output channels forming a common axial output channel for the purified water, along a single axis one above the other. The columns are closed with plugs in the lower part, and in the upper part thereof the body is hermetically sealed with a head, divided into channels for supplying water and discharging the purified water. The multi-chamber filter comprises a cylindrical body divided by partitions into chambers, filtering elements made in the form of multi-section cartridge filters. The filtering elements are hermetically coupled with one or more inter-chamber partitions, wherein cartridge filters with filtering elements varying by fineness of purification are installed on each partition, ensuring an increase in the fineness of purification of water in the direction of filtration.
EFFECT: increase in the purification performance due to the increase in the flow section of the surface of the filtering layer, a reduction in the time for purification and regeneration of the filter, an increase in the duration of the cycle between filter regenerations, simplification of the filter washing process.
