SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a system of imitation of the nasal septum and a method for its production. The method for the production of the system of imitation of the nasal septum, consisting of a fixation device, a lock of a removable nasal septum model with an elastic outer nose, and a removable nasal septum model, includes: obtaining initial data by tomography of the nasal septum and paranasal sinuses of an object and processing it to obtain a facet model of the removable nasal septum model, processing the facet model to obtain a solid-state nasal septum model, manufacturing the removable nasal septum model based on the solid-state model, fixing the lock of the removable nasal septum model with the elastic outer nose and the removable nasal septum model on the fixation device. The system of imitation of the nasal septum, manufactured by the above-mentioned method, consists of the fixation device with the lock of the removable nasal septum model with the elastic outer nose, and the removable nasal septum model.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of modeling the nasal septum is achieved, followed by the creation of a reliable material model of the nasal septum corresponding to the real human nasal septum.
