FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the creation of an electronic paste composition and a method for its preparation. The composition of the electronic paste includes tungsten, manganese, an additive and an organic solvent, while the additive is selected from at least a group containing ruthenium, tellurium, germanium and vanadium. The preparation method involves mixing tungsten powder and manganese powder with an additive, followed by bringing the resulting mixture into contact with an organic solvent. In addition, the present invention additionally provides for the use of an electronic paste composition in the manufacture of a metal-ceramic heating element characterized by a low temperature coefficient of resistance. After sintering, the resistance of the product will change slightly under the influence of temperature during use, which increases the reliability of using the electronic paste when generating heat.
EFFECT: increasing the stability of the paste and reducing the temperature coefficient of resistance.
