SUBSTANCE: antibodies or their antigen-binding fragments that immune-specifically bind to MUC16, conjugates, a chimeric antigen receptor, a T cell, and polynucleotides are proposed. Besides, a vector, cells, a pharmaceutical composition, and a method for the treatment of MUC16-positive cancer are considered.
EFFECT: present invention can be used in the therapy of MUC16-positive cancer.
