SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer comprising one or more diene links and containing along the main polymer chain one or more side groups of the formula (I) presented below:
in which: PAr is a polyaromatic group containing at least two condensed aromatic hydrocarbon rings, each of the specified condensed aromatic rings is optionally substituted with one or more carbon-based chains that are the same or different, independent of each other, aliphatic or aromatic, linear, branched or cyclic, and optionally substituted or interrupted with one or more heteroatoms; Sp is an atom or a group of atoms; D is a group of attachment to the main polymer chain. A method for producing polymer, a rubber composition based on polymer, a tire containing a rubber composition, as well as a tire for a cargo vehicle consisting of a rubber composition are also disclosed.
EFFECT: improvement in the quality of polymer, in particular, an increase in stiffness and tensile strength.
