FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technical diagnostics and can be used to diagnose the technical condition of rolling and sliding bearing units as part of multi-channel stationary systems. The receiving and converting module contains a housing inside which there is an acoustic emission signal converter (AESC), an analog-to-digital signal conversion unit (ADSC), a power supply unit (PSU), as well as an information control and processing unit (ICPU) connected to a USB interface unit (USB) and/or a wireless communication module (WCM). In this case, the output of the AESC is connected to the first input of the ADSC, the output of which is connected to the first input of the ICPU, and the ICPU is made with the ability to control the transmission time of the measured parameters and the pause time with the ratio of the transmission time to the pause time in accordance with the program set for each diagnosed bearing or gear transmission, as well as with the ability to control the gain of analog signals in the ADSC into digital signals. Also, the receiver-converter module contains a digital speed sensor installed on a controlled node, the output of which is connected to the input of the USB interface unit and/or to the input to the WCM, and the input of the PSU is connected to the output of the USB power line and/or to the power connector, the first output of the PSU is connected to the second input of the ADSC, and the second output of the PSU is connected to the second input of the ICPU, the output of the USB interface unit and/or the output of the WCM is connected to the interface unit of the computer.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of data transmission, increase in the accuracy and reliability of diagnostics and monitoring of wear of bearings and gears.
