FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. A non-alcoholic drink is proposed, which contains as flavoring components an aqueous-alcoholic extract from cloudberry berries, an aqueous-alcoholic extract from the powder of reindeer antlers and mineral water from an underground source of a village in the Krasnoyarsk region, containing in mg/dm3: calcium (Ca) ions 250-350, magnesium (Mg) ions up to 50, sodium (Na) and potassium (K) ions 600-800, sulfates 800-1000, chlorides 250-350, bicarbonates 1200-1500, with the following ratio of the initial components, l per 100 dal of the finished product: water-alcohol extract from cloudberry berries 0.25-0.35, water-alcohol extract of northern deer antler powder 0.15-0.25, mineral water being the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a soft drink based on natural extracts and mineral water with high consumer properties, aimed at preventive and restorative effect for the population living in unfavorable environmental conditions, as well as to expand the range of soft drinks based on physiologically functional food ingredients.
