FIELD: beverages.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular, to production of beverages based on natural plant extracts. Proposed is a non-alcoholic beverage enriched with biologically active substances, produced from flavouring components and mineral water, wherein water-glycerin extracts of thalli of Cladonia lichen and blueberries and mineral water from an underground spring of a settlement of Krasnoyarsk Krai, containing, mg/dm3: calcium ions (Ca) 250 to 350, magnesium ions (Mg) up to 50, sodium (Na) and potassium (K) ions 600 to 800, sulphates 800 to 1,000, chlorides 250 to 350, hydrocarbonates 1,200 to 1,500, are used as flavouring components, with the following ratio of the initial components, l per 100 dal of the finished product: water-glycerine extract of thalli of Cladonia lichen 4.5, water-glycerin extract of blueberries 23.0, mineral water the rest.
EFFECT: possibility of producing a transparent beverage with a faint odour natural for mineral water, and a taste characteristic of said water with an apparent underflavour of blueberries, enriched with a wide spectrum of biologically active substances, suitable for satisfying thirst, and exhibiting mild antibacterial and antioxidant properties, a directed preventive and general tonic effect, for the people living in unfavourable environmental conditions, with reduced monetary consumption for the cost of the product.
