METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRESS-INDUCED SOMATIC DISEASES IN STUDENTS OF A MILITARY UNIVERSITY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B3/113 A61B5/00 A61B5/16

Abstract RU 2758547 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical and psychological rehabilitation and medical psychology. The subject is subjected to computer testing to evaluate the indicators of a complex visual-motor reaction, and the average reaction time without interference (ARTwoi) and the average reaction time with interference (ARTwi) are determined. The reactions to a moving object are determined: the percentage of delayed reactions (RDO%dr) and the average algebraic deviation value (RDOdv). The examination is conducted following check-lists: D. Keirsey's (K), symptomatic check-list of neurotic disorders (ND SCL), Giessen personality questionnaire (Giess), SACS. The values of LCF1 and LCF2 are then determined by the claimed formulas. If LCF1>LCF2, then the cadet exhibits no tendency for developing stress-induced somatic diseases. If LCF2>LCF1, then the probability of developing stress-induced somatic diseases in the learning process is high.

EFFECT: method ensures prediction of the development of stress-induced somatic diseases in students of a military university, provides a possibility of identifying a predisposition to said diseases in healthy cadets having passed the aptitude screening.
