FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely maxillofacial surgery, and discloses a method for degassing granular osteoconductive osteoplastic material (GOOM). The method is characterized in that dust and air bubbles from the GOOM are removed by the degassing method, which includes the stages of passive and active degassing using physical and chemical methods, namely, heating in a thermostat in physiological solution and sonication using a citric acid solution.
EFFECT: method allows optimizing the reparative regeneration of bone tissue by the method for directed bone regeneration, allows increasing the adsorption capacity of the initial GOOM and obtaining a carrier matrix for bone tissue reconstruction with external-internal surfaces and spaces available for the adsorption of bone growth factors.
