SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry. Dessert oil contains Krestyanskoe sweet-and-cream unsalted butter, a mixture of ground pulp of hawthorn berries, viburnum berries and black elderberries with the following initial components content, wt. %: Krestryanskoe sweet-and-cream unsalted butter 98.5–99.5; ground pulp of hawthorn berries 0.16–0.4; ground pulp of viburnum berries 0.16–0.4; ground pulp of black elderberries 0.18–0.7.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the assortment range of functional dessert oil with increased food value, caloric content and enhanced taste and smell properties.
