SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for plasma-thermal centrifugal reduction and separation of chemicals from ore in a gravitational field. The device contains a plasmatron for heating the charge reagents, a cooled rotating crucible with a loading hole. The crucible is made with the possibility of separating chemicals of different chemical composition and density and their subsequent discharge into the molds through a drain hole made in the lower part of the crucible along the axis of rotation, while it is equipped with a video spectral sensor made with the ability to track the melting process inside the crucible and determine the moment of the beginning and end of the discharge of a chemical substance with a certain chemical composition and density, a plasmatron installed in the lower part of the crucible for heating the mentioned chemicals drained into the molds and a sealed chamber in which all the elements of the device are installed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the technical capabilities for the recovery and separation of chemicals by reducing energy consumption, shorten the production cycle, reduce the dimensions of the equipment.
