FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular the medical rehabilitation of patients after endoprosthesis of joints of lower limbs; it can be used in the practice of rehabilitation centers. A procedure of isometric training with biofeedback is carried out on a simulator of Tergumed 3D Proxomed, Gmbh model, consistently offering a patient to apply pressure on a simulator sensor, when trying to tilt the torso forward (flexion), then backward (extension), then sideway tilt to the left, then to the right, then turn left and turn right. The location of the patient on the simulator and training on it exclude flexion in hip joints at an angle greater than 90 degrees, which ensures safety and is necessary for the prevention of dislocation of the endoprosthesis. Each exercise is performed for 10 repetitions, in two sets, with a pause between sets of 10 s. A curve with a plateau is used as a pattern for a curve displaying the exercise performance. Each repetition lasts 4 s, the training time is 20-30 min, for a course of 6-10 procedures. The method is a pathogenetically reasonable and highly effective therapeutic method for the treatment of back pain developing after endoprosthesis of large joints of lower limbs. Due to the correction of postural balance during isometric training of back muscles using a biofeedback principle, the strength of the isometric tension of muscles concerned is improved, the severity of pain syndrome is decreased, gait is improved, motivation and active involvement of the patient in the treatment and rehabilitation process is increased.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of clinical and physiological indicators, positive changes in the dynamics of physical rehabilitation, reduction of back pain.
