FIELD: medicine; rehabilitation treatment in traumatology and orthopedics; medical rehabilitation; sanatorium treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in patients after reverse arthroplasty (RAP) of the shoulder joint (SJ) with its pathology, in particular injuries, in medical and sanatorium-resort institutions equipped with an apparatus for conducting coordination training with biofeedback (BFB) — Armeo Spring. The course of daily sessions is 8 days. Each session includes the stage of assessing the physical boundaries of movements in the operated SJ and the rehabilitation stage. At the stage of assessing the physical boundaries of movements in the operated SJ, the program of the device adapts it to the physical capabilities of a particular patient by taking into account the maximum range of each assessed movement of the patient using the A-ROM, A-MOVE programs and "Drawing along the contour" game, thereby determining the boundaries of possibilities subsequent fulfillment of motor tasks of the rehabilitation stage of the session by the patient. Next, the patient performs the motor tasks of the rehabilitation stage of each session in the form of a sequence of 4 games from those available in the device program, as shown in the claims.
EFFECT: method provides reduction of rehabilitation period after RAP of SJ and individualization of sessions on a robotic mechanotherapy apparatus with BFB due to optimal fitting of the apparatus to the size of the upper limb and the maximum possible range of movements performed by a particular patient in each session, without any pain, complications, for a shorter rehabilitation course (8 days) allowing to achieve significant positive results in terms of range of motion, and function of SJ in general.
