FIELD: biosensors production.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the creation of biosensors and biodetectors based on surface plasmon resonance and for the spectral analysis of a small amount of a substance. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the sensor based on surface plasmon resonance contains an element for breaking total internal reflection with a flat base, on which a thin layer of metal is applied, while the element for breaking total internal reflection is made in the form of a dielectric particle that forms a photonic jet.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of creating a sensor based on surface plasmon resonance with an element that forms a photonic jet, with reduced weight and size characteristics.
