FIELD: glass waste recycling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of recycling glass waste, as well as to the field of obtaining construction products for thermal insulation purposes, in particular, foam glass using unsorted cullet. The method for producing foam glass includes preliminary crushing of cullet, preparation of glass binder suspension, molding mixture, molding, heat treatment and foaming, while the glass binder suspension is prepared by heat treatment for at least 8 hours at a temperature of 100°C and periodic stirring of the mixture, including unsorted cullet, sodium hydroxide and water preliminarily crushed to a granularity of not more than 0.14 mm, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: (23.5-26.5):(6.5-17.5):(59, 0-67.0), unsorted cullet with a grain size of not more than 0.14 mm is added to the obtained and cooled glass binder suspension in an amount of 33.0-40.0 wt.% of the mass of the resulting molding mixture, from which by vibration shaping with an oscillation amplitude of 0.35-0.5 mm, a frequency of 50 Hz and a duration of exposure of 1-2 minutes, blanks are obtained, the subsequent drying of which is carried out in air for 1 day, and then at a temperature of 50°С for 24 -72 hours, the foaming of the blanks is carried out at a temperature of 700-800°С for at least 30 minutes.

EFFECT: reducing the technological complexity of the method and energy consumption, obtaining products with low values ​​of thermal conductivity and density, high strength properties, waste disposal.
